Debt Relief USA, Inc. ceases operations and files for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy

On June 18, 2009, Debt Relief USA, Inc. filed for Chapter 11 Bankruptcy in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas, Dallas Division. The case number is 09-33836-sgj-11. The Honorable Stacy G. Jernigan is the Judge presiding over the case. The company is represented by the lawfirm of Armstrong & Alford, PLLC in Dallas, Texas.

Please DO NOT CALL the Bankruptcy Court, Armstrong & Alford, PLLC, the United States Trustee's office, or Debt Relief USA, Inc. for information.
